The Aquarium Factory accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with consumer law.
Change of mind;
Please note we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, if you return your item with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase we will provide you a credit note for your purchase.
Please note there are no returns/exchanges on livestock. We offer a limited guarantee so long as proof can be shown that your water quality is as it should be for the breed of fish.
If your purchase is faulty, please return your purchase to our store and we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Please note, we are unable to process refunds in store for purchases made online using Humm. However will happily offer an exchange.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your return have been completed. Please note we are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred.
