Change of Mind
The Aquarium Factory allow up to 14 days to return a product that you’ve changed your mind on. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law as a refund or exchange is not covered under ACCC for change of mind.

The Aquarium Factory will happily give you an exchange or Credit Note within 14 days of purchase provided you have proof of purchase and the product;
- is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging, with all accessories included
- has not been worn or used and, if a perishable product, is not expired
- is not a personalised item, digital download, pre-paid card, voucher or clearance item
Please note there are no returns/exchanges on livestock. We offer a limited guarantee so long as proof can be shown that your water quality is as it should be for the breed of fish.
If your purchase is faulty, please return your purchase to our store and we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Please note, we are unable to process refunds in store for purchases made online using Humm. However will happily offer an exchange.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your return have been completed. Please note we are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred.
